Product overview:
The product has good antibacterial performance and washing resistance, suitable for household textiles including weft knitted fabrics and warp knitted fabrics, and can be used for all common fibers and fabrics, especially for antibacterial finishing of polyester, polyester-cotton, nylon and other fabrics, such as production of bed sheets, underwear, towels, socks, carpets, non-woven fabrics, shoe fabrics, interior decoration products, air filter materials and so on, which has antibacterial and anti- mildew functions.
The fabric finished with the product has obvious antibacterial performance, which can inhibit the breeding of harmful pathogenic bacteria, such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pneumoniae, Candida albicans and so on.

Application methods:
The product can be used by padding, impregnation, coating and foam application.
It is suggested that the dosage of JYK ABDO-100 is 1-1.5% weight ratio to fabric, and the fastness accelerator JYK FIX-ET is 1-2% weight ratio to fabric, which can obviously improve the washing resistance of fabric.
Padding: Undiluted antibacterial and deodorant finishing agent needs to be added to the treatment liquid while stirring, and adjust to the required pH value; At the same time,wetting agent can be added if it is necessary to improve padding liquid ratio.
Test methods:
There are many suitable methods for testing antibacterial properties. AATCC-100, AATCC-147, JIS L1902, GB/T 20944.2 , GB/T 20944.3 ,etc. are suggested.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. When dealing with dark fabrics, please confirm the color fastness of fabrics,especially color fastness to rubbing and washing;
3. In order to obtain the best treatment effect, it is recommended to set the treated fabric twice, and the finishing should be carried out in the second setting. It is recommended that the process temperature should be about 150℃ and not exceed 180℃.

Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
