Deodorant finishing agent JYK ZOT-CS (Natural deodorant) is a mixture of tea polyphenols extracted from tea leaves and persimmon extract tannic acid, using the natural deodorant characteristics of such extracts to eliminate all kinds of smoke odor, sweat odor, and other odors, and high safety, harmless to humans and animals.

● Dispersing odor components in the air while achieving deodorization;
● For ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and other odorous substances of unknown composition of acid and alkaline compound odor, can instantly deodorize;

Application methods:
The standard use method is shown below, but according to the purpose of use and finishing conditions, etc., please be sure to pass the pre-test (stability test of finishing bath, compatibility with other finishing agents, etc.) before production.
Standard usage: JYK ZOT-CS: 6-12% (weight ratio to fabric);
Generally using the dipping process for application:
Fabric: Polyester fabric;
Usage: Padding method;
Padding (rolling rate 80%)→drying (100℃×3min)→setting (180℃×1min)
Note:
1. Pre-test is required before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various auxiliaries;
2. This product is a plant extract, the need for durable treatment effect, please use crosslinking agent to increase the washing resistance;
3. When using this product for processing, please confirm the suitability of use and test items as required.
